How to fix a flow and trigger missed items

I have flows that work perfect for days and then experience errors from time to time . How can I fix them ? and how can I trigger items that where submitted in a sharepoint list but where lost in limbo when flow stopped working?

Could you share a screenshot of your Flow configuration?

We need to know the details of the configuration in order to provide proper workaround to fix them.
