Hi, I have started to make a flow in power automate to link outlook and planner tasks, but am struggling to figure out how I can make planner automatically set a due date that matches the due date I have set for an outlook email. I can't seem to find a template for it, so help will be much appreciated! 🙂

    Hi @Anonymous

Do you want to change the task Due Date in planner when the Due Date is changed of the task in Outlook?

Currently there is no Trigger can trigger the flow when a Outlook task is modified, it only has the following two Triggers:

If you need this feature, you can submit a request on Flow Ideas Forum about this issue at here:

Microsoft product team has direct visibility of these ideas and they will implement it on the basis of the highest number of votes received.

Hope the content above may help you.

    Best Regards

    Hi v-LilyW-msft,
Thanks for the info. I add due dates to my outlook mails manually, and have made a flow as shown below to get the tasks into planner. So now I just want the planner to automatically have the same due dates as in outlook, but I don't know what to enter in the field "Due Date Time" for that to happen:
