PowerApps Ribbon in Sharepoint

Hi,

This is going to be my first post and I'm a newbie in terms of PowerApps.

I found this video by chassMSFT and it should start at the frame where my question is based upon (https://youtu.be/WnuwLkNbWk4?t=1037)

How do I enable that(PowerApps in the ribbon)? Or is there a certain level of access by which someone can enable or see that?

Thank you in advance.

    Hi @ovetteabejuela,

    First of all, are you sure that your organization has enabled PowerApps?

    https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/tutorials/signup-question-and-answer/

    Please try to login to PowerApps  powerapps.microsoft.com directly.

    Regards,

    Mona

    @v-monli-msft,

    Yes, I'm pretty sure it is because I can access the "Designer" environment... and yes I am able to login to powerapps.microsoft.com.

    I just find it more convenient if the ribbon is available at the list view.

    Hi @ovetteabejuela,

    Sorry for the delayed response, this should be setted from SharePoint list > Settings Settings icon >  List settings > Advanced settings and then scroll down to List experience. Choose the New experience.547e00ba-b9af-4148-827d-8c69f2dc1dff.png

    Then you should be able to see the Ribbon.

    Regards,

    Mona

    @v-monli-msft thanks,

    That was really helpful but I'd like to add some more steps prior:

    For me this is how I was able to follow:

    Site Contents > Click on the desired List to have this option on > from the ribbon where it says Browse | Items | List, click on List List settings > Advanced settings and then scroll down to List experience. Choose the New experience.
