Unable to modify owners for a solution aware flow through another cloud flow

I am using the 'Power Automate Management' connector and the action - 'Modify flow owners' to share a flow from a cloud flow. But the limitation with this is it is not working for the solution aware flows. I want to share both the solution aware and non-solution aware flows from any environment(that i have access to) through a cloud flow. Is there any other way to do this?
