Power Automate dialogs and windows loading issue

Greetings,

I have a issue with the Power Automate desktop, which is when I run the application the console application (which is open some times) UI doesn't load up correctly. And sometimes the isue with the dialog boxes, for instance as in screenshot, when I double click "display message" when I try to move the curser I noticed the menu items are loaded, but doesn't display correctly.

    Did you tried it after restarting the Power Automate Desktop?

    Yes, I tried restarting the app and after tried reinstalling.. but no luck..

    And something wierd noticed there, like when I tried to change my display project option like in the screenshot, when the screen blink and resets all things the menus or the windows are starting to show up...

    Yes, it's 1920*1080 on both monitors, but when I unplugged the external display and close the application and try restarting it won't solve the problem..

    Really appreciate if any one can help..  As per my inspection I think this issue due to the PAD version is not supported by the OS version or update, or bug with the PAD UI. Any expert options I can take regarding the issue?

    I've never seen this in the past. Windows 11 is generally supported by PAD perfectly fine. But I can see you're on the "Dev" version, which could maybe cause issues. I don't think I've ever tried deploying PAD on that. If you're able to switch to a more standard version, such as 22H2 for example, you could see if that's impacting PAD.

     

    You should also check the Application logs in the Windows Event Viewer for any error events at the time when this happens. Maybe you can find some that correspond to the error. That would possibly help debugging the issue.

     

    However, I think this is more likely simply a bug in PAD. I would suggest reporting a ticket to MS. If you do find any error logs via the Event Viewer, I suggest including those in your report, along with your OS version.

    @Agnius Thanks for the response. I'll try to submit a ticket to MS. In my other machine on 22H2 this works fine. So I can agree to your opinion, an UI bug in PAD, will update here if got any solution.

    This is 2024 and I can't believe I still have this issue. I have searched everywhere I know how to online and cannot find solutions.
