Allowing commas and periods for decimal numbers.

I'm working on a powerapp that allows the user to input numbers. These could be integers or floats, along with the users will be both from the U.S and oversees. So when using the powerapp, users from oversees will use the comma as the delimeter while people from the U.S. use the period as its delimeter. Is it possible to allow either one to be used? Currently numbers are being read, however when using the comma it recognizes it as a whole number. ex) 23,5 is being read as 235. The below images show the period version (the first one, which is how it should be read) and and the second one (which is using the comma delimeter, this is not correct)

Hello, I'm still new to PowerApps, here is how I would approach it but I can't provide the code cause I'm short of time. This would be given that you don't want users to select a localization when they are using the app.

Use this solution if your organization doesn't have countries that have time zones overlapping with the US.

    1. Compare Now() and UtcNow() and get the difference.

    2. Use its difference as a basis for changing whether it's a comma or a period.
