Sending excel / pdf export from power bi

Hi, I share a set of reports from Power BI with my client (an external user).
Their permission type is the viewer.
I'm looking for a way to allow them to send their users Excel / PDF exports of the reports on demand.
I also need them to have an independent option without relying on me to schedule these reports, in terms of setting schedules and not just an export and immediate send button.

    There are too many moving parts in this scenario.  You may be better off pre-positioning the exports in a secure location so they can grab them from there. Or have them trained to do the extracts themselves from Power BI.
