Hi,
I'm trying to set up a flow to move all emails from people outside our organisation/domain to a folder?
I can't seem to work out how to do this - any ideas?

Do you mean move the mails from external users to the specified folder?
Currently, the Get emails action can only return up to 25 emails, so there is a limit to filtering emails.
I recommend that you use the rule inside Outlook directly to filter out emails whose domain name is not equal to your organization and move them to the specified folder.

From we can tell - there is no way to use Rules within outlook to move emails from only external people to a folder.
I was hoping to use a trigger on each individual email to move an email, which sure comes below the 25 email threshold?
