Second user not receiving notifications

we have added a second user to omnichannel with the same permissions as the first user. The first user we setup is working fine and the Launch presence dialog is showing a green tick, but the second user is just showing a question mark. Any ideas on what we have missed. All licences are valid too for each user? omni channel admin app both users are the same too.

    I recommend you to post your question inside the Dynamics 365 community because your issue is inside the Omnichannel tool, the users can help you better.
