Updating a SharePoint List from Excel, where microsoft excel refererance changes every day but file name remaines the same

I recieve a daily email with an Excel report, this is configured as a table and stored in SharePoint

But

As the Microsoft Internal reference for the Excel file changes every day the flow fails (the File name remains the same).

I have got the first part of the flow to work using concat('TbIncident') as a custom value in the Table Field and different ID in the File field

Now when i try to "Update item" under Apply to each the Excel File does not show

I believe i need to enter an expression to make the Excel File visable but am not sure what to use??

Any thoughts would be appreciated

Note: The Yes path will update any "Changed" cells in the Excel and the No path will "Add" any new Rows in the Excel to the SharePoint List

@Anonymous you mean you are not able to get excel values in dynamic content for Update Item? Also in get items do you have any filter query, or is it getting all items from the SharePoint list, are you looking to update all items of list or just specific item/s

Hi @Anonymous ,

Do you want to select the corresponding dynamic content from the newly uploaded Excel file?

Dynamic content is not available in the current scenario, maybe you could try to use the following expression.

items('Apply_to_each')?['Column Name']

Hi Anna,

The complete seniorio is

Everyday i recive an email with a excel report.

I have a Flow that runs successfully to save the attachment to SharePoint and format the Excel to use a Table (TbIncidents)

This all works as expected BUT because everyday is a different attachement the Microsoft Internal Referance changes but the Table Name and File Name remain the same. For this reason i can get the flow to work for one day but fails the next day as the Microsoft Internal referance changes.

I want my flow to update any recocords in SharePoint "Lists" and Add new Records from the content of the daily Excel File

The first part of the flow works but fails below the red line

I hope this makes sense

Any help or advice would be apprciated

@Anonymous that is Get Items action, so filter query on get items will filter the items returned by Get Item actions. E.g. if your filter query is App eq 'ABC'. then Get Items will be returning all items where App column value is ABC. As you need to create new items, may i know why are you using Get Items, are you looking to fetch data from the list before creating the item?
