    It is not possible to change the owner of a non-solution shared flow in Power Automate.

    This is because non-solution flows are tied to the personal account of the creator, and Power Automate does not allow removing or replacing the original owner. Even administrators cannot change the owner through the Power Automate portal, admin connectors, or PowerShell.

    To change ownership, the flow must be:

    • Recreated using "Save As", "Export/Import", or "Send a Copy", or

    • Moved into a solution, where ownership changes are supported.
