Html to text content conversion connector not available

I am trying to create flows where I would need to convert "html to text" action using the content conversion connector. However, the connector is inaccessible for me. I don't find it in the search and tried everything but wasn't successful.

How is that possible? Is there anything I am missing?

If you search for HTML to Text it should come up. I just tried it and its still available as a standard connector. Could you admins have added it to the Blocked category of Data Policies? Or are you in the Government cloud?

Html to text content conversion connector not available

It is NOT available in the GCC-High tenant, despite documentation that says otherwise. There are NO conversion connectors of any sort in that tenant. This is MADDENING! There's no reason for that.
