Hello,

I'm new to Power Automate. I'm looking for a way to publish my automate flow, so users can collaborate with the flows. I've looked for solutions and couldn't find any and ended up here.
I have another question. I have created a flow using my organizational id and working with that flow without sharing to anyone. If I left my organization and my id was deactivated, the flow within the id will become inaccessible right? so to prevent this, what can I do?

Please someone make me clear. Thanks

Please 1 question for thread, so people can properly search and find things.

Question 1: What does collaborate mean, are you saying you want other people to be able to modify it?

Go into the Flows Detail Page, Add some Co-Owners.

Question 2: Yes that is true almost

But to be sure, do what I said in Question 1

Add Co-Owners

sorry as the questions are related I simply asked that way.

By collaborating means, Think of powerBI workspace by publishing my report to workspace, I can collaborate with people belongs to the workspace. That's what I wish to convey here. Sorry if I didn't make any sense. Thank you.

Service Accounts are non-personal accounts used for automation. They are not tied to specific users, so flows keep running even if employees leave.
Steps:

Create a Service Account (you may need help from IT).

Share the flow with the Service Account as a co-owner.

Re-authenticate the flow connections using the Service Account.

Make the Service Account the owner and remove yourself if needed.
