Compile multiple list items in one email

Hi all, I am trying to create an action tracker that will inform the task owner when it is due. So an action will be entered in a sharepoint list and based on the due date it will send the owner an email notification informing him/her that it is due for completion. So lets say I have 3 tasks due for me in the list my flow will be sending 3 separate emails for each item. My issue is that I want to compile all these due items all in one email so that I don't have to sift through too many emails and I was wondering if anyone can inform me what I can change in my flow to allow this.
Here is a picture of my flow:

Here is a picture of the 3 separate emails I receive circled in red:

Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks 🙂

There is a great template already baked in that does this!.

In your SharePoint List click Flow -> Remind Me -> Select your Date Column.

Get that flow configured and then just tweak as you need, it compiles multiple items in one email. much easier to start from this point!
