I am currently creating a new work item when an email arrives in a shared folder... I take the sender email and use the replace function to strip out the @company and other chars so that it is left with just the Name. This works for many but not all people. Seems that some people have a middle initial in Azure but not in the email... is there a better way to assign the user?

EDIT - Idea.. how can we change the users Names? If I change my name, it doesnt seem to appear to other users?
