Anyone have a suggestion? I have a flow with a condition based on the title input, but it isn't triggered because the title info isn't displaying.

Its a form created directly from the Sharepoint list. I have an approval flow that is for schedule update requests. I have 2 forms created from the list. I need one for managers to submit, and one for associates. I need to have a condition based on the Form title I created, with Manager or Associate, as each goes through the flow differently. The trigger for my flow is "when a new item is created" I was unable to do it as a form response trigger, because in forms I couldn't have a people picker, where the form created from the Sharepoint list pulls info from the people picker column. Whenever I select an input for the title, no matter where in the flow, it never shows up, or is pulled from the form. There is an additional title option, but I don't want the people submitting the form to be able to type one in. I want it to be the title of the actual form.

DISREGARD my responses, I was under the impression that the title wasn't showing up under the "get responses" trigger.  It appears this is not the case.  If you want to share more of your flow, feel free and I will try to help.

I understand.  I attached a sample of the flow.  When you are asked to put in your form title, click on the down arrow to the right to see if any titles are available.  If not, identify where it says, "Custom Value" and click on that.  In your browser, where the form's URL is located, copy only the FORM ID.  I gave an example in my last message on what part of the URL is your form ID.  Paste the ID in the title portion.  See my examples:

The ID portion is only the last part:  A8u7m8NNo0SmPgtJCYf0zNs053jVyXlHsSJJjIX77QVUQjA4R1JDWTdZVUNWR1NJSlRWSjFCMDVSOCQlQCN0PWcu and this is what I am going to enter into my custom value...see the pic:

You do the same to "Get response details."  Let me know if you need more assistance.

    HI,

Honestly, you do need the form title to populate.  In the field where you are looking for the form title, scroll to the bottom and click on "custom value."  Now, all you need is the form ID and you can get it by going to the form and looking at the URL in the browser...here is an example:
