Hi All,
I have a question about the hosting tenant of outlook actionable message provider:
I requested the admin from tenant A to approve a new provider ( please refer to this MS doc:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/actionable-messages/security-requirements ) from me in order to enable this actionable message service at the outlook, after it's approved, I developed an actionable card under tenant A, which I have 2 power automate flows (1 to trigger and 1 to handle the response) the responses of the actionable message:
Now, I want to move the power automate flow to tenant B for production use,
I imported the 1 power automate trigger flow to tenant B and keep the handler flow in tenant A to handle the response.
It works ok to run the flow and accomplish the requirements,
however, I'm wondering whether this approach is good as a solution? would it cause any issue?
Would it be preferable to move the handler flow to tenant B to handle the response (which means I need to rebuild the flow, and also need to request approval to enable the new outlook actionable email provider under tenant B) ?
thanks a lot for reading, any advice is welcome!
