I believe Project Siena apps could be exported & extended with Visual Studio. Is this possible with PowerApps? Supported or otherwise?
TIA,
Josh
Josh,
Looking through the Project Siena Forum (Project Siena is Alive and Well!), Jon Levesque answers your question:
At this point there is no way to export the file to visual studio. If you would like to see it, you could always request it on the UserVoice for PowerApps.
I also saw in the comments on the PowerApps blog a reply by Bill (Staples?):
PowerApps projects generated by our new visual tooling aren't built to be portable into Visual Studio at the moment. However, PowerApps Enterprise includes the full App Service capability and pro developers can use Visual Studio to build cordova apps, or Xamarin/XCode/Eclipse to build native apps with an App Service back-end.

If PowerApps generate appx files they can be renamed to zip and imported into VS. PowerApps Enterprise = $$$$$.
