SP list formatting can ask here???

Hi

 

Not sure where to post.. can I ask about SP list formatting here?

 

I have a column status - in progress, completed, need action ,  contract -   I need it to auto fill the status when

ContractDate has date in - Contract

WorkAmt has number - InProgess

PaidAmt - has number - Completed

    Hello @bbsin ,

    You can achieve this using Power Automate.

    1. Create an Automated Flow which triggers "When an item is created or modified"
    2. In this Flow, add a condition - ContractDate "is not equal to" null and ContractDateUpdated "is equal to" null. If yes, then add Update Item action and update the Status to Contract and ContracteDateUpdated to Yes. (ContractDateUpdated is a new column you will have to add to avoid infinite looping)
    3. You can add more conditions based on your scenario and proceed accordingly
