Fetch Sharepoint File based on a given identifier

Hello, can anybody help or advise how I can make this flow happen? Basically, I need to fetch a file from Sharepoint based on a transmittal number. The file that is attached should match with the transmittal number indicated in the email. I was able to setup a basic flow where the files are attached to the emails. I'm just at a loss how I can get the flow to fetch the correct file.

Will this be possible?

Thank you.

    Hello @jsig20 ,

you could use the 'Get files (properties only)' action to search for the file, you can define in which library it should search and also use a Filter Query to search a specific file by filename + extension, e.g.

    FileLeafRef eq '12345.docx'

'Get files (properties only)' with the Filter Query above will give you as a result only a file with the name. You can then use the file identifier in the 'Get file content' action.
