Approval workflow - Who has not yet replied?

Hello everyone

I have created an approval workflow to approve meeting minutes by all board members. This works very well in itself.

Now I have a question: When a workflow has been started, how and where can I see who has already approved/rejected and from whom a response is still pending?

Regards

If you start a single approval action with "Everyone must Approve" then the only way to see who has responded is to check the Dataverse Approval tables using the Approval ID.  The Approval action itself won't move to the next step until all have responded. The problem with doing this is that checking the Dataverse tables requires a Premium license.

The alternative I've used is to start each approval as a single approval action in an Apply to Each Loop with Parallelism enabled. Inside the loop record each response as they come in.  Then in a separate branch you can check who has an who hasn't responded. Doing this won't require a Premium license.
