Hello - I have a basic Form and would like to add each response into a template form doc to then be emailed. Any advise welcome

@RuthAllen Please follow these steps to create a word document from MS Form responses and send the word document via email.1. In outlook app, please click on Developer Tab.2. Select Plain text content control.
Once you select Plain text content control, it will create a field, highlight the field and click on properties
For Title and Tag, enter the respective question you want to map from MS form.
The Word template needs to be saved in OneDrive or SharePoint to be selected from there, you have to use the Word connector action "Populate a Microsoft Word template", then save the file or attach it to an email, or both.
It should look like this, you can add these actions to your flow.
Note: Please remember to use .docx at the end of Attachments Name in Send an email (v2) connectorHere are some of the resources you can refer to:
