Am a newbie, have watched and read tutorials on this particular template and thought it would be a good one to start with.
However, I don't think I'm managing to start it correctly. First time I tried it there was no "create new leave request" icon. I abandoned it, tried again, and this time it's created that but other key elements are missing. The leave types don't display on the next screen, and the left navigation bar is not there. I've tried deleting and recreating a few times to see if it fixes itself but no joy. I have not touched a thing within the app yet.
It has created the correct data file per the demo, and from looking through the app tree it looks like the individual screens are mostly working (although all of them are missing the left navigation bar suggesting it's looking for something it can't find?). Company holidays looks like the demo. Leave balances looks like the demo although there are no balances showing for any of the leave types. As above, Request new leave doesn't work because the leave types aren't listed, and "About" screen doesn't have any options for type of leave.
So it feels like it's having difficulty finding the table with the types of leave and the navigational content, but because I'm total newbie I don't know where to look to check and / or correct this?
