Approval Email not sent

Hi Community Members,

 

I am trying to setup an approval process but it is not sending any email. The flow is stuck and not processing anything. Am I doing something wrong?

    Hi @davejoh 

     

    2 things I can think of: 

     

    1. Can you check on the approval action if send notifications is set to Yes? 

     

    2. If the above does not work, navigate to solutions from the left nav bar and check if there are any solutions related to approvals. If not, you might have to wait for sometime until that gets configured.
