Opening an URL using Power Automate

Hello friends, 🙂 I hope you are having a great day,

I'm new to Power Automate, I am investigating if it's possible to run/open an URL on a scheduled basis using Power Automate.

Details:

1) I have a URL (Example: HTTP://ABC.com)

2) I need to have a scheduled POwer AUtomate flow that runs every day at 5 am and execute that URL

Does anybody know how to implement this?

Hi @Sumacasu

To perform any UI actions (such as opening the URL and maybe hovering etc,) You can setup desktop flows that require an RPA license. More on desktop flows here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/desktop-flows/introduction

Thanks for replying, I was able to create a Power Automate Desktop to invoke the URL that I need, now my next step is to create a scheduled Power Automate Flow that calls that Power Automate Desktop.

Without Power Automate Desktop, this HTTP method may be your best bet for accessing a url & some of the page data from a cloud flow…
