power automate with calendar event

Hello,
I need assistance in 2 issues with my power automate. I dont know how i got this far (given no previous experience with this stuff). Copilot, chatgpt and online help forums do not seem to have step by step action that applies to the web version that I am using.

I have a spreadsheet that i enter for my CRM. In there, I have a date of entry, and a follow up date that is generated based on the selection I make (3 days, 1 week, biweekly, monthly, 10 weeks, quarterly). Spreadsheet generates that follow up date.

When my power automate runs - it takes the follow up date and enters it as an appt automatically in my calendar. Now the situation that i have are:

1. the time of entry entered is always 4pm - can i change that?

2. when power automate runs - i need it not to enter an appt in my calendar if that appt already exists. Now, everytime I run power automate - the appointment is generaated, so I would end up have muliples of the same appt for customers in my calendar for future events. I have not been able to figure out the condition so that it does not generate an appt if it sees it already in the calendar.

If anyone can provide assistance.

Hello, would you be able to share an example of the Excel header and a few rows?  I would like to see what your spreadsheet looks like.   I want to replicate this on my end as well to see if I can help you.
