I confess that the licensing of the connectors makes me confused.
In my organization there are about 100 users, all with an Office 365 A3 license.
I created a flow that uses the resources of Forms, SharePoint and Onedrive.
I would like to use the connector populate word, but as it is premium, I don't know what costs this will bring me...

If you have only one flow that will be used by 100 users you should probably look at Per Flow costs (100$/Flow/Month but minimum purchase is 500$)
because if you go with 15$/User/Month cost that means you will pay 1500$ per month which is higher than above options but its recommended if you have more flows that each user will use.
