do you know that PA can´t copy/move Mails into below mentioned subfolders?

GOAL:
automatic mail-copy via rule only for outbund Mails.
E.g. into a shared "correspondance filing with subfolders for each destination domain"
Benefit: every workgroup member can look into the folder and will understand last status of communication
I am asking for a M365 10 people workgroup.
Everybody has a own Usermailbox.
They are working 99% with Outlook Email all the time.
Many sales-correspondance with supply/clients.
DRAFT1:
Condition:
every outgoing email
Action:
copy email in a specific subfolder of sharedmailbox
"correspondance-filing@contoso.com"
If destination folder needs to be selected/created manually no problem.
DRAFT2:
Condition:
every outgoing email
Action:
create a outlook-email-folder named with destination-adress or destination-domain
in mailbox "correspondance-filing@contoso.com"
exception:
if a folder already exists, no need for new folder, simple copy mail in existing folder
