So I need to send a form to people from outside my organisation and the information provided needs to be then sent to a list and use the Create item to fill out a new item with all the same data of the form.
Microsoft form has some limitations that I can't just get past, like not being able to add attachments when sent to people outside the organisation or the overall desing being very basic.
However, I do not know any other form filling based apps that can connect with PowerAutomate to then create a Sharepoint list item. I know of DocuSign, but dunno if I can get the fields to configure so i have the 20 or so options I need.
Are there other apps that can fill this role? Or, do you know if Docusing can be useful for this scenario?
