Permission issues when Importing Solution to Another Environment? (using Azure DevOps PP Build Tools)

I have a simple HelloWorld canvas app (contains 1 text label) which I am doing a PowerApp solution export/import from Tenant A/Environment A to Tenant B/Environment B.

 

But after import, I cannot play the app. I'm getting this weird error:

and when I "Send request", I get this error

The above happens for both managed and unmanaged solutions. I've also tried publishing customizations before running.

I did notice that the imported app does not have any specified owner. Could it be that it is looking for the owner from the original tenant (Tenant A)?

 

Any thoughts on how to fix this issue?

    Solution import/export does not carry auth information of any kind. The most likely explanation here is that you're logged into the wrong tenant when you're testing.
