Power Automate Update Item Properties for SharePoint

I am trying to edit a custom column name I created for a file in Sharepoint..I am using the above function but I do not know how to properly set up the "Body" field in the action, I assume this is what's used to update the column names for the file of which I have added a "User" field. I have added screenshots.

I copied the below value from somewhere in this community which I thought would help and I am struggling to find any kind of documentation on this "body" field.

    Hi @reecej ,

    Do you want to update the value of the person field or the values of Modified by and Created by? If it is the latter, please consider referring to this blog:

    @reecej

    It is not clear from your statement what you are trying to do. Please share your flow/action screens.

    Thanks

    Hardesh
