Linking to query tables?

I want to use tables which are generated from queries in Excel as a source for a dropdown, but my app does not seem to work with this type of table... am I doing something wrong?

 

See the attached Excel template. It works fine with 'Contracts', but I cannot get it to work with 'Contracts1'.

    Before the Excel could be used in PowerApps, the data must be formatted as a table:

    More information, please check:

    Generate an app from Excel in PowerApps

     

    Take a check to see if the Contacts1 has been formatted into a table, if not, follow here to format it and try again.
