 Each month have 4 emails.
This emails are present only image in email body.

I want output here, i want to send this emails to employee email id present in Excel file.
But check the condition
If Email Date < Employee joining date
True - i want to send email to employee email ID.
But I don't want to send email at one go and at a time. I want to send email at specific time.
Example- if one mail go today then another mail want to go tomorrow.

Here is my flow.

    Hi,

Understanding your flow from high level- i think following changes in flow can make it send one email at a time.

    1. Create a folder in outlook where emails sent by bot will be moved

What i assume for each email > you need to send to require employees at once and then coming to next email - you need to pause for another day- if i am right - do the following changes in flow

    1. Launch Outlook
    2. Retrieve email messages from outlook - retrive only 1 mail message  (making sure that list of retrived emails should have one email)
    2. Read Excel file (employee email ID and employee joining date)
    3. For each -(Excel File)
For each - (Retrieved email messages)
Run power shell script(download image in email)
                 If(Email Date<Employee joining date)
Send a email messages through outlook
Move the email to folder in outlook (Created as mentioned first)

Also make the flow to run at a scheduled time in a day- that would helps !

    Thanks & Regards,
    Nived N
