Delay between Dataverse and Power Page

Hi,

I am using list view in Power Pages to display data from a Dataverse table. Whenever I modify the table, such as adding a new row, it takes a few minutes to update the Power Page. Has anyone experienced the similar issue and knows the reason or a workaround?

Thanks

@nikhilreddybhee @amandeep you can take a look at this article to see if it helps: Using the Power Apps portals WebAPI to Clear the Portal Cache – ReadyXRM

Do we have an alternative to avoid this delay?

    Hi,

I know that this is the default behavior Power Apps (may take up to 15 mins to reflect to portal) but is there any alternative solution programmatically to finally get a real time value when adding/updating the Dataverse?

    Thanks

As per Oliver, standard behavior is any create/update etc applied to Dataverse from another user interface will take a period of time to get to the Portal (except where queries being run on the Portal etc means the Portal cannot read from its cache and has to refresh from Dataverse).  Whilst updates etc usually happen within a few minutes, the SLA on it is actually 15 mins.

I think you are looking at Portal Caching: Server-side cache in portals - Power Apps | Microsoft Learn

I have an article with some caching tips that could be helpful: http://oliverrodrigues365.com/2020/07/27/power-apps-portals-caching-tips/
