How to Import data from SharePoint list into Dataverse while preserving relations

Hello, I have a giant sharepoint list with ~3500 entries. I want to move this to dataverse. This list has "Lookup" columns which related to 5 other lists, which have ~50 entries each.

How can I import these 6 lists into Dataverse while preserving relations? I attempted to, and I can only import either the Name, or the ID from the foreign list. I attempted to find a Youtube tutorial, with no avail.

Thank you

    * Extract data from SharePoint to flat Excel files. One file per list.

    * Create tables in Dataverse that represent your previous lists. Depending on your data structure you may create all six tables, or you can simplify some of them to the simple picklist. Make sure that your tables are connected to each other using relationships and lookups.

    * Use dataverse import from Excel feature one by one, starting from the simplest dictionaries. During import you can choose which excel column represents foreign key value of other table.

Can you describe what exactly you do and where is the problem? Provide screenshots and hide sensitive data if necessary;)

I will attempt to do it this way. Before, I was trying to use PowerQuery to do it, and while the data transferred, the relations did not, and there were a ton of extra columns.
