Error Connector Dynamics 365 (cannot find organization)

Hi everyone,

I'm using Dynamics 365 and Flow, I want to establish a simple connection for Dynamics 365 "when a recording is created".

Unfortunately, when I try to select the name of the organization the Dynamics 365 connector does not work. I have been receiving this message for days:

error executing the api "/datasets"

Yet I use the right connection.

Can you help me on this please.

Hi @SamyTn ,

Have you tried updating or re-creating the connection and recreating a similar Flow?

I did a test on my side and I can get all the environments from the drop-down list.

Alternatively, you could use the trigger provided in Common Data Service connector, which works like the trigger provided in Dynamic 365.
