Hi all!
I hope someone knows the answer for my issue. I created an app and shared it with 4 users. Everyone could see and use it at first then after few weeks one user informed me that he can't see it anymore on his apps list. I checked and he is still on my list as one of the users but for some reason he can't get into the app. It's just not visible on his account. Does anyone know why it changed over time and how to fix it, please?

Is the user able to open the app via a URL? (https://apps.powerapps.com/play/[App-Id]) If they do, they may have the wrong environment selected when looking for the app.
Hi, thanks for interest. No he can't unfortunately.
Perhaps try to unshare and share again...
How do I do that? I can't see an option of "unshare"... can You guide me, please?
In the screen where you can share the app, click the X behind the name of the user to "unshare":
Ah yes I can see that now 😄 thanks! I will need to wait until that person is back and can try it.
