Powerapps SpellCheck not functioning Client side or in studio

Within powerapps my spellcheck will not function. I've set the enablespellcheck property to true. Also toggled back and forth and still nothing on the client side after publishing. Also when i change the text size in the rich text editor that does not take affect client side either, however it does show in the studio.
