Power automate and adaptive card creation

Hi there,

I have a Microsoft teams channel for supplier management. I wanted to create an adaptive card every time a new project is added to our project Microsoft lists. From here I would like the adaptive card to be posted in the teams channel.

I would like the adaptive card to detail the project (from the lists) and then offer the participants in the channel to accept or decline the project - however, the response to this needs to be anonymous. Therefore, I wondered if the response could be recorded into a table (lists excel or alternative?) or an email sent with the response?

This would allow me to automatically create suppliers lists which I can share. I have no idea whether this is possible but if it is it would be amazing!

Can anyone advise on the possibility of this and if it is, offer any help?

 Thanks,

Sam

The response cannot be anonymous, since the people who would respond need to be members of the group where the channel is located. When they reply to the adaptive card, it captures who responded. Of course, you don't have to do anything with the information and record who responded, but it is still captured and no way to avoid it.
