Internal Name of a Sharepoint List

Dear Community

Good day

 

I have a problem of calling-in the internal name of my sharepoint list.

This is what i am going to write:

"type":"SP.Data.--MYLISTINTERNALNAME--ListItem"

 

I just don't know where I can get MYLISTINTERNALNAME from?

I am newbiew in coding.

 

Please help... Really forward to it, and really appreciate that.

    When I call the sp API, I usually don't add odata=verbose in header.

    Run the same request as your POST except make it a GET, and remove the Items at the end. This will return the EntityTypeName as well as the ListItemEntityTypeFullName. 

    Or you can make the same request and end it with ?$select=ListItemEntityTypeFullName.

    Also if you just change your HTTP Request to a GET it will probably give the name needed in the top of the item's metadata return information.
