Do Not Delete Specific Name

I have a flow pulls in Excel data. The flow has 'Create item' and 'Update item' associated with 'SPList1'.

Below the above is 'Apply to each 2' which has a 'Delete item'.

Above 'Apply to each 2' is 'Get items 3', which is pulling back in the 'Create item' and 'Update item' from
SPList1.

I am still building and testing the associates Power App and SPList and would like my name to remain on SPList1 after the flow runs. Currently, my name is deleted during every run because my name is no in the source Excel.

Would adding Title ne '600001' (my test 'UniqueID') to the Filter Query of 'Get items 3' ahead of the 'Apply to each 2' prevent my name from being removed during the 'Delete item'?

    Hi @Phineas ,

Could you share snaps of your flow and Excel if possible for better understanding?

I am mobile currently, and don't have access to the flow.

My basic question is whether there is a way to add a formula or expression to a SharePoint 'Delete item' action filter query that will prevent the action from retrieving and deleting a specific name?

Currently, the flow works by using a 'Select' action to compare the Excel 'Title' column to the SP List 'Title' column - the content of both are emploee 'Full Name'.

If the name is not in the Excel delete it from the SP List. This all works fine.  My question is can I add an expression or formula to the filter query of the 'Delete item' action that tells the flow to NOT delete my name?

    Hi @Phineas ,

    Thanks for your further reply.

Still not sure from which action you retrieved the IDs to fill into the Delete item, but I think the solution in your last paragraph is feasible. Just try it and if it doesn't work, you can attach your whole flow and we can discuss further.

In another way, you can retrieve the item with you name by filter query and create it back to the list if it got deleted still.
