AI Builder custom template or existing one?

Hi, we are considering integrating into power automate a step in which an AI Builder template performs a text analysis to determine whether a text contains call-to-actions and whether these are urgent or not. I wanted to know whether an existing template can be exploited, or if not, what would be the best way to create a customised one?
