How to get my files out to the specified folder

In this example i showed that i want my files from 1st folder 

A>C>D grab the items from D put them everything in A and delete rest

 

B>C>D grab the items from D put them everything in B and delete rest

 

Without making them clash

and doing this same action for each folder
