How to add a custom attachment control to a form

The datasource of my form is a D365 Fin Ops table. Therefore I have no attachment control, like you would have when using a SharePoint List.

 

Now, how can I upload attachments with this form? Is it possible to add my own attachment control? I can't find such control in the UI of powerapps. The goal is to upload this attachment to a sharepoint document library.
