in my sharepoint list "FIleUpload" is a image type column.
Can you share a bit more details about your setup? That will help troubleshooting.
Are you using a Get Items action to connect to your SharePoint List? And are you selecting the list from the dropdown or are you for example using a variable for this field configuration?
