Create a weekly 'coffee roulette' type flow for a team

I have a team of ~50 people. I would like to make a flow that does following:

1. Randomly makes pairs out of the team list until all names are used, this is the weekly list

2. Each person is emailed their pair for that week

3. The next week the flow runs, it checks against  the previous list so that people don't meet each other again until they have met everyone else. Then it can repeat.

Is this doable with a flow? I have step #2 sorted (the easiest! 😅). If we were mixing two teams I could assign a random number to each but I'm not sure if something similar could be done for just one team all together?

Thank you for any help!

It can be done but you have to be ready to spent some time (or some money) to implement this task.

I am treating it like a learning opportunity so I am happy to spend time to get it working if someone could point me in the right direction 😊

Try to start here (it's a Python implementation of the coffee roulette):

I am interested to set up something like this - a weekly coffee roulette - for a team of approx 200. Could anyone offer video training of how to set it up or guidance please. Thank you.

    Hi,

Did you manage to get this to work? If so, would you mind sharing your set up?

    Thank you 😊
