Hi there
 
I have really tried my best to figure out what my issue is, but I don't seem to have any luck.
 
I only see these 4 templates on my App templates - I need to build a ticket system for our IT department and a Leave Schedule app for HR. Why can't I see those apps?
 
Please help - it's URGENT!

    🔍 What’s Happening with the Missing Templates?
    Based on internal documentation like the Power Apps Business Solution Gallery (July 2021), Microsoft has historically offered templates for Service Desk Tickets and Leave Requests under categories like “Request Management” and “Lifecycle and Workflow Management”

    . However, these templates may not appear in your environment due to:
    • Template deprecation or migration: Some templates have been removed or moved to AppSource or GitHub.
    • Environment restrictions: Your Power Apps environment might be filtered or restricted by admin policies.
    • Licensing issues: Certain templates require premium connectors or licenses, as seen in the support case involving Emil Krosnov (Tek Experts)

    • Connector blocks: Organizational traffic blocks or connector issues can prevent templates from loading properly

    🛠️ What You Can Do Right Now
    1. Check AppSource
    Some templates have been moved to https://appsource.microsoft.com. Search for “Leave Request” or “IT Ticket System” there.
    2. Try Building from Scratch with Guidance

    If templates like “Property Management” or “Leave Request” were visible before but disappeared, this could be due to:

    Try downloading the Power Apps Mobile app as there are more sample apps available within the mobile app. 

    Once downloaded and signed in, click the 3 dots down the bottom right and go to sample apps. 

    You will find a Service Desk and Leave Request App available to use. 

    I think the apps you are referring to have been removed because they used old deprecated connectors.
