How to pull in data from user accounts on Power BI pages

Hi there - I'm trying to create a bot that will pull in data about accounts from multiple sources on power BI sites. The goal would be that a user would be able to ask "tell me about [XYZ account]" - and the bot would effectively scrape relevant information from the user's accounts in internal sales & marketing tools. Does anybody have experience in building this type of bot? I didn't find any documentation that looked like it would be relevant.

    Hi @justinroyal

As I understand it, you want the user to type in an input related to a certain process, and the return is either a web page or an internal database. If so, you need to create a Power Automate, passing the user input and querying your database, for example:

Create a Menu with the options
    User data in AZURE
    User Data in Company X
    Customer Information

When the user chooses one of the options above you will collect some information from him, for example, the user's home or customer, and then you will have an automate that queries the database related to the process and returns the information to the user.

I use this for several tasks, such as ServiceNow queries, password expiration, user expiration, among other data.

@DiegoPeres thanks for your input! It sounds like that might work...is there a process or guide to following the steps you mentioned above?
