OneDrive Business Trigger "When a file is created" does not always trigger

Hello everybody,

I am having a problem with the OneDrive for Business trigger OnNewFileV2.

When a previous flow saves a file in the specified folder it triggers consistently. When I create a new file using OneDrive for Business in the browser it also triggers consistently.

When my co-worker, with whom I shared the folder, creates a file in the shared folder locally on their computer then the trigger does not always fire. We did try both dragging a file into the shared folder and dragging a file and renaming it immediately. The latter seems to be triggering the flow more consistently than the former, albeit both appear to behave randomly to me. There is no issue with the OneDrive Sync. The files are accessible on OneDrive no matter if the trigger fired or not.

Does anyone know what is causing the trigger to fire or to not fire in this situation?

Is there something to consider to make it trigger consistently?

While I described two ways to avoid this issue, it would be nice to get it working locally on my co-workers machine without the use of a browser.

Thanks in advance!
