Forward an email action has wrong time in header of calendar invite

I have created a flow from a Microsoft Form that forwards an email with a calendar invite to the form responder upon submission of the form.  The calendar invite has the correct date and time, but in the header of the email it contains the correct date but an incorrect time.  How can I correct this?  Guessing it has something to do with time zone.
